Let me introduce myself…
Hi, I’m Karen Ondrak-Wright and I am ‘Freedom Yoga & Wellness’
My journey into yoga & wellness started slightly later in life when at the age of 42 I attended my first yoga class and was immediately hooked - I’d found my people.
I attended as many classes as I could until a couple of years later, I was encouraged by my yoga teacher to embark on yoga teacher training (YTT) and oh what a journey that was!
I have been teaching Yoga for 8 years and it just felt right to move towards including a whole body & mind, holistic approach to wellness and I gained qualifications in Body massage & Reiki.
I absolutely love teaching yoga and it’s my aim to help those who attend my classes to feel the warm fuzz of joy & belonging that I felt in my very first class.
Massage & Reiki allow me to truly connect with my clients, bringing them a sense of balance & calm.
I also love dogs, sunshine and a good old funky playlist!
