You can expect to increase your strength and flexibility as you work towards the full expression of each asana.

This class is most suitable for those with some level of fitness, however accessible alternatives are always offered.

Get ready to ignite your body and soul with this liberating class! Flow freely through creative sequences that will awaken and stimulate you both physically and mentally. We won't hold the postures for long but you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, energised and very sweaty indeed.

Vinyassa Vibes is a beginner friendly Practice where you will learn how to safely work towards well known Asana (yoga poses)

over time, you can expect an increase in your strength and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all, with alternative Asana and props offered to help you.

Held in the community hall, there is plenty of space for everyone!
